TERMS OF USE
Clear terms. No hidden reps.
These terms govern access to the ONE SET FORWARD website and mobile app. By using the service, you agree to these terms and any store terms that apply to your download or purchase.
1. Provider and service
ONE SET FORWARD is provided by ProductVizier in the Netherlands. The service helps users create routines, log strength training, review progress and receive data-driven progression suggestions.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep login details secure and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law says otherwise.
3. Training and health disclaimer
The app provides general training information, not medical diagnosis, treatment or individual professional advice. Recommendations are estimates based on the data you enter and do not guarantee results. You remain responsible for exercise choice, technique and load. Stop and seek qualified advice if you experience pain, illness or injury.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with other users or infrastructure, upload unlawful material, reverse engineer protected elements, scrape content at scale or bypass subscription and security controls.
5. Your content and our content
You retain ownership of your workout data. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process and display it to provide the service. The app, brand, curated exercise content and software remain owned by us or our licensors.
6. Availability and changes
Maintenance, updates and third-party outages can occur. We may improve, replace or discontinue features, but we will not remove paid core functionality during a current billing period without an appropriate remedy where required by law.
7. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, training results, injuries caused by ignoring reasonable safety guidance, or failures outside our reasonable control.
8. Ending use and governing law
You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may restrict access for serious or repeated violations. Dutch law applies, while mandatory consumer protections and competent courts in your country remain available.
