Your training data belongs to you.

1. Who is responsible

ProductVizier, trading as ONE SET FORWARD, is the data controller. We are established in the Netherlands. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to privacy@onesetforward.com.

2. Data we process

We only process information needed to operate and improve the service.

• Account data such as name, email address, language and unit preference
• Workout data including routines, exercises, weight, reps, RIR or RPE, optional notes, calories and timestamps
• Training context such as your selected cut, maintenance or bulk phase and planned duration
• Beta feedback such as your rating, category, message and any contact detail you choose to provide
• Subscription entitlement information received from Apple, Google and our subscription provider
• Limited security, sync, diagnostic and support information

3. Why we use it

We process data to perform our agreement with you, keep the service secure, provide support and comply with law. Optional analytics or marketing will only be used with an appropriate legal basis and consent where required. We do not sell personal data or build advertising profiles from your workouts.

4. Storage and providers

The app is designed offline-first, so test workout data remains on your device. Website feedback is stored by our website hosting provider. When cloud features are enabled, app data is intended to be stored in an EU-hosted Supabase environment. Expo, RevenueCat, Apple and Google may process limited technical or transaction data under their own terms. We use processors only under suitable contractual and security safeguards.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep account and workout data while your account is active. A deletion request enters a seven-day recovery period before linked training data is permanently removed, unless law requires limited transaction or fraud-prevention records to be retained. Local-only data can be removed directly from the app.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection or deletion. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.

7. Security and children

We use encryption in transit, per-user database access policies, protected secrets and controlled deletion. No online service is risk-free. ONE SET FORWARD is intended for users aged 16 or older and is not designed to knowingly collect data from younger children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when the product or law changes. Material changes will be communicated in the app or on this website before they take effect where required.
